Cashing out
Move money from your private balance to any Solana wallet, even one that has never been used.
How to cash out
Choose Cash out, pick the asset, type the amount and the Solana wallet it should reach, and confirm. A few seconds later the wallet holds it, less the relayer's fee.
The wallet can be any Solana wallet: your own, someone else's, or a brand new one that has never held anything. It does not need SOL of its own, since the relayer signs and pays the network's fee.
What is public
A cash-out is a public transfer out of the pool, so anyone can read:
- the wallet that receives it;
- the asset and the amount;
- the time.
What is not public is whose balance it came from. Nothing in the transaction points to your account or to the wallet you deposited from.
The fee
The relayer takes a small fee from what goes out: on the testnet 0.001 SOL, or 0.1 tUSD. The app shows it, and what the wallet receives, before you confirm.
Good to know
- A brand new wallet needs at least about 0.00089 SOL to exist on Solana, so a SOL cash-out to one must be at least that much. The app says so before anything is sent.
- Cash out to a wallet that is not the one you deposited from, and let some time pass, if you would rather not be paired with your deposit. A deposit of 250 and a cash-out of 250 a minute later are easy to match.
- Screening: the relayer refuses to send a cash-out to an address on the United States' list of sanctioned Solana addresses (OFAC's).
